Decision to Take Concord Offline While many aspects of the game resonated with players, some elements didn’t meet our expectations. Therefore, we’ve decided to take Concord offline starting September 6, 2024. We are exploring better ways to reach our players.
Refund Process Overview Starting immediately, Concord sales will stop. We will offer full refunds to all players who purchased the game on PS5 or PC.
PlayStation Store and Direct Refunds If you bought Concord for PlayStation 5 through the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, a refund will go to your original payment method.
Steam and Epic Games Refunds
- Steam Store: Players will receive refunds soon, and Steam will send a confirmation once processed.
- Epic Games Store: Epic Games will refund players directly and notify them once the refund is complete.
Retailer Refunds If you purchased a physical copy from a retailer outside of PlayStation, please follow their refund process.
Once refunded, players will lose access to Concord.
