A new report suggests that OnePlus might release the OnePlus 13 as early as October 2024, much sooner than anticipated. Traditionally, OnePlus has launched its flagship models in the early months of each year, but this timeline has gradually shifted. For instance, the OnePlus 12 debuted in China in December 2023 before its global release in January.
This year, however, the launch might happen even earlier. According to Digital Chat Station, OnePlus plans to launch the OnePlus 13 in China as soon as October, potentially slipping into November. This timing could coincide with Qualcomm’s release of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, as OnePlus usually incorporates the latest chips in its flagship devices.
It’s unclear how this early launch would impact the global release schedule for the OnePlus 13.
Rumors suggest that the OnePlus 13 will feature a large 6,000 mAh battery, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a new design, and camera upgrades, according to GSMArena.
